Protecting your data and your privacy is a high priority and very critical to Come2Solution.

We adhere to strict policies to guarantee the security and privacy of customer data.

This Data Security and Privacy Statement augments the overall Come2Solution Privacy policy in relation to Come2Solution apps available on the Atlassian marketplace. 

Overview

Come2Solution provides various apps, which are available on the Atlassian marketplace. All apps are Cloud apps based on the Atlassian Cloud platform.

Data Security

We use organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information. Your Personal Information is limited to those who have a proper business need to access it, and those individuals will do so only in an authorized manner and subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Cloud Services are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. AWS has numerous security certifications and Tempo implements many further security controls to safeguard data. 

Where data is transferred over the Internet as part of our Website or Cloud Services, the data is transmitted using industry standard HTTPS using TLS.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by emailing us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section. Please note that third parties are not responsible for the privacy, security, or integrity of any information collected by us.

Cloud apps

Our cloud apps store customer-specific app configurations and logs in the corresponding Atlassian Cloud (please refer to the privacy policies of the platform provider for further information).

Currently, all our apps are based on Atlassian Forge Platform, and we follow the Atlassian policy to protect user’s configurations, we don’t save any personal information and data through the apps.

Support data

As an active or potential customer, you may register in one or more of our dedicated Come2Solution apps Jira Service Management in order to submit support tickets or be registered by submitting a support request per email. At that time we will store your name (if entered), email address, and support details in our Jira Service Management(JSM) systems running in the Atlassian Cloud. If the support details should include personal data, please anonymize the data beforehand. If you wish for your personal information to be removed from the Come2Solution JSM, please contact our support team at [email protected]   

Account data

Apps listed on the Atlassian Marketplace

If a customer licenses or subscribes to one of our products, Atlassian will provide us, in accordance with the Atlassian Privacy Policy, license details as well as the name and email address of the customers’ registered Atlassian contact and, if applicable the reseller company. Come2Solution uses this data expressly for accounting, support verification purposes and periodic customer information newsletters pertaining to the product (i.e. Release Notes).

Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our Internet pages use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser automatically deletes them.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies can also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain third-party services (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Inquiries by email, phone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, your request, including all personal data derived from it (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request through our Jira Service Management platform which is an atlassian cloud product. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Your rights concerning your Personal Information

Come2Solution reserves the right to identify your company as a customer in promotional materials and website. We will never identify individual users. 

You have the following rights:

  1. To review, change, or delete your Personal Information
  2. To object to direct marketing
  3. To ask about how we are processing your Personal Information
  4. To restrict our processing of your Personal Information
  5. To have a copy of your Personal Information

You can revoke this right at any time by submitting a written request via email to [email protected] to request to be excluded from future product promotional material. Requests generally are processed within thirty (30) calendar days.

End of subscription

If a customer unsubscribes from one of our Cloud apps, we will delete any personal data after six months (or earlier) – unless a longer retention period is legally required. Please contact [email protected] for immediate deletion if you wish.

Data location

All our apps are built with Atlassian forge and hosted on Atlassian cloud.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

When we update this Privacy Notice, we will revise the update date in the footer below. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Notice. Your use of the services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Notice.
